Terrible Customer Service

I've had two no-shows from two different locations - the shop was closed, no one was answering the phone, no notice, and no response. When I finally received my response - a week or two after, it was abrupt and unapologetic. Please do not buy any services from this company, I was trying to get a refund for what I paid for - Laser needs to be done every 4 weeks at least and I've missed 2 months. But I was told, they don't issue refunds as per their receipt. SO WHAT DO I DO? I will tell everyone, please do not be a victim of bad customer service.

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased the eyelash extension deal with 3 additional fills. I unfortunately had an allergic reaction and was told by the manager Jenny that they would make an exception and provide me with a refund due to the circumstances of me not being able to use the remaining fills I had purchased. This was back in November! Since then I have not received anything and have been trying to contact the manager/owner Mackenzie who also did my lashes. She had told me back in Nov my cheque was in the mail, which it was not. No one ever answers the phone or returns messages and they do not open until noon. It is very unprofessional, I had 2 girlfriends purchase groupons and actually got refunds as Mackenzie was over 20 minutes late for each of their appointments. I finally reached Mackenzie today only to be told that I am not getting a refund and Jenny did not have the authority to offer me a refund. I then asked her to mail me the unused amount in a gift card and she told me I can go pick it up she doesn't hire people to go to the post office!!! Please spend your money elsewhere where your business is actually valued.
