absutely awful

customer is not priority, i spent a lot of money and got tracking number but took forever to shipp out, i had to buy on amazon and waz lot quicker. i dont like how they lie to customers and rip them off

Jolse used to be my go-to online store for Asian cosmetics because they had free shipping if you buy in bulk and they have better price point compare to Sephora or Canadian local sellers. However, they recently started using DHL for Canadian customers from now on and this really kills the deal for me. Normally I could avoid buying in bulk by purchasing from their Amazon store front and they even include free shipping! Now, one item (no matter how much it is) requires $29 shipping fees and this does not include DHL fees and duty fees. I know Canada Post isn't the best postal services in the world but DHL isn't the best either. One less star for Jolse because of this shipping factor. Otherwise it is a great store with great customer service!
