The staff and energy at Kalev fitness is amazing! I went to the gym with a promotional group buy expecting it would keep me on track with working out regularly. That is what I experienced when I bought a pass for a boot camps at a local park with a different company.While this other company our group got an OK workout, but we were jealous of another group working out at the park who looked like they were having an amazing workout and having fun.

When I worked with Kalev fitness it was in the winter so all of the classes were indoors. We still had a lot of fun. The key difference was the instructors were really engaged in the classes. Each instructor had their individual style, but everyone I worked with mixed things up so I never got bored with a routine in their class.. They also learned the abilities of their students. I was often surprised when they pushed me past what I thought I was capable of. There is a spirit of fun, support and a strong work ethic with the staff that spreads to the students in the gym. I found the other students in the class were also very positive, supportive and motivating.

I went to the boot camp classes and kickboxing. With in a month I was in much better shape. I was much stronger and more toned.

The gym also offers pilates, yoga and spin classes in a group environment. My friend tried these other classes and enjoyed them. They also offer personal training and nutrition advice.

The facilities are great. It is on two floors which is a bit confusing at first, but really is no big deal. There is free towel service and the change rooms have digital locks and rain showers. It is a perfect location for someone working near gas town.
