We were here last night. I ordered the Poulet Bonne Madam and my husband had the steak. The chicken was amazing with an incredible blackberry sauce (the french are known for their sauces). My husband's steak however was very very chewy. It must have just been a bad cut of meat. The server came over, took it back to the kitchen and then brought it back saying that the chef said there was nothing wrong with the meat and could he just try to keep eating it and see if he still likes it? We said no as it was a really tough piece of meat. The table beside us had ordered the same thing and loved it, so we assumed it was just a particularly tough piece of meat and not the fault of the restaurant. In the end, we sent it back and got him the chicken instead. We finished it off with a deliciously rich piece of flourless chocolate cake and a very strong espresso. The ambiance is cozy - it was very busy for a Sunday night and there are about 10 tables inside. Overall we loved it and would go back, just a little disappointed in how they handled the food complaint. A customer shouldn't be made to feel badly if they get a bad piece of meat, and they shouldn't be second guessed.
