I like La Senza underwear but I can't buy bras there, I'm a 34F. I have tried their larger sized bras but they just don't cut it for support. The staff is always friendly and they have nice pajama's

Awkward fitting and overpriced bras, but cute panties with good quality! Usually LaSenza has 5 for $25 sales on underwear... worth it. Fun variety.

Great shop for night wear as well as under wear, has really nice fabrics and prints, i can can always find something that is pretty and comfortable. Great prices and value for money. Has super bargains at sale times too.

I like La Senza stores, always clean and neat. Lots of styles and aolours to choose from for affordable price.

I am really disappointed how much La Senza has gone downhill. Their products is a gone trashy like. They use to have really pretty, cute & girlie girl outfits & pretty lingerie. But in the last 5-7 years they have changed and it has gotten cheap looking and wild. Not to mention the add are very revealing & not appropriate for the everyday consumer that has children. It's quite offensive to say the least.

I really enjoy shopping at La Senza. I've been to multiple different locations and the staff are always consistently helpful. They always have so many beautiful styles and colours to choose from. You can get everything from basic to super sexy and they carry so many sizes. My personal favourite is the Hello Sugar line.

I used to love La Senza when they carried E cups, and they have been since discounted, which is a shame. I have also found a strong downturn in customer service in the last few years. I used to find that the employees seemed happy and wanted to help you, and now in my local store I find it is mostly young teens working who act like they would rather text on their cell phones, then help a customer. I also find, that the staff is very judgmental. I understand that I need a L or XL in most underwear, but they make me feel like sometimes I should not be shopping there. I wish the standards for treatment of customers were higher in my local store.

Granted not all staff are like that, is there on young woman at my local store, who recently went above and beyond what she needed too, when helping my friend find a bra for her wedding. This young woman
, her name I do not remember, was amazing at her job and had excellent customer service skills.

Recently I started shopping at Victoria's Secret and it has made a huge difference. I have only gone into a VS store a few times, but the customer service standards seem higher - which is strange, since both VS and La Senza are owned by the same company. I also like that VS offerd DD and DDD, where La Senza only offers DD at most.

I would still recommend La Senza, only because there is NO local VS store and you would have to drive across the border to get to one.
