Heaven on a plate!

Le shack de Fred is a tiny unassuming little shack on the Magdalen Islands in Le'Tang-du- Nord. The inside is a few simple scratched up picnic tables. The counter is made of wooden pallets. The menu is on a blackboard.
This little shop is a poutinerie serving the absolute best poutine I have ever had! They sell many different types from plain to loaded with different items including seafood. If you are ever on the islands, look it up, You won't be disappointed!...And the owner does speak english as well..:)
