I have been a member of Lifetime fitness since 1996. I have been to several gyms, fitness centers etc and none of them compared to Lifetime. The price is a bit high but many business have corporate accounts. This facility is open 24 hours which is great for the earlybird as well as the night owl. It offeres many different types of group fitness classes from water erobics, spinning, yoga, bootcamps, running groups, you name it they have it. They are included in the membership. They have free childcare with indoor & outdoor play area, tv, computers, craft area, toys my child loves going. They offer towels, lockers included in the membership fees. They have basketball courts, racketball, lap pool, lesiure pool with water slide for the kids, Definately a place for the family. All of their equipment from free weights to cardio machines are kept in great shape & they are always adding more fitness equipment and classes. I have hired a personal trainer which had done a pre evaluation and post evaluation which helped me to see my progress. They offer free seminars on nutrition as well as other health promoting topics. Also they have a cafe and salon which offers full services from makeup to hair tanning nails etc. And their massage packages are wonderful especially after a long work out. I have recommended this place to many friends and coworkers it is wonderful. They also offer free passes on their website to go check it out for yourself. They have rock climbing walls and host kids activities from swimming lessons to their annual halloween party (minimal cost to participate I think lessons are around 50$ for 8 weeks & the halloween party was $10).
