This is one of the yummiest bakeries. If you mention it to a local they will drool.
They specialize in low sugar cakes that are layered with berries and cream. You can also buy smaller pieces so you can sample some different types for weddings and big events.
They also freeze well. My mother's birthday is Dec. 27 so often we have to pick
It up 23rd or 24th and freeze it. My mother's in a home consisting of cottages now
And the staff from the other cottages all sneak over for a piece. It is fairly expensive,
But you get what you pay for.
