living color is amazing to its customers, i went there for piercings before and my guy was completely professional, and i screwed up a piercing and my guy scalped it out for me free of charge even tho it was my fault he laughed and asked me "now what did u learn" hahaha everyone there is chill and they do what they love and you can tell form the moment you walk in.

In Ottawa, this would be the only place that I would (and have) ever had a tattoo done. In fact, I have had two done, by two different artists. They took their time and made sure everything was good before we started. This place is very clean and friendly. I would only trust these people to scar me for life :)
