My husband bought me a lovely fragrance as a gift. How nice! We don't live in Canada but he was keen to get me this since I eyeballed it a while back- unfortunately it was totally Jit he right one. We went right back the day after- we saw that they didn't have the one I liked... or a few I had seen actually... I asked about this and the associate (a hard faced, short tempered Russian lady) told me roughly "No! These are all of them!" I explained that I lived overseas and have seen many more- just recently- and she replied "no that's not true. This is all of them, if it's not here it's discontinued" which I know isn't true! How strange! She was visably annoyed that I was even in the store. I explained that I didn't want the fragrance and am very skme aktive to smell- there was nothing else there suitable for me- could I have a refund? And she finally agreed to it until she saw that my husband had paid in cash. Then she told us "we can't refund cash- only credit or debit" which makes no sense to me- this was written nowhere or mentioned to my husband when he made the purchase just 24 hours before. So we "HAD" to get a store credit (that is only valid in Canada) and needless to say... it was just the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I should point out that my husband had actually dealt with a wonderful older lady that was really helpful and completely the opposite. It's such a nice shop and has lovely products and gift ideas but BEWARE the dud sales associate on Sundays... better off staying out and avoiding the glares and tangable displeasure with the presence of customers
