Over Priced & Poor Service

I have found both London Drugs, in my area, are way over priced.
Customer Service is very poor. I would not recommend either store too anyone for anything.

Trying too return a product, even with a receipt, is near impossible. If you received a gift purchased at any London Drugs, and don't wish too keep it, the process too receiving a refund is a long drawn out and unpleasant experience.

I only shop there if I know for certain, what I am buying is exactly a product that will be used or is wanted as a gift, etc.
