This store is very easy to spot when you walk into the mall, with it's bright green and yellow sign. It's a very strong smelling store, so if you're sensitive to that kind of thing, it might be too much for you, but I love it! The store itself is very small and cozy, but things are well laid out and the store isn't over-cluttered. They have loads of testers laid out, so you can know exactly what you're buying. The sales people are very sweet and helpful, and are always willing to dish out advice or suggestions depending on what you're looking for. The prices are steep, but the products they sell are amazing. They also give out samples if you ask for them, so you can try something out before you buy it. Almost all of their products are completely natural, and a lot of them vegan. They're also very environmentally friendly in terms of packaging. The packaging is very minimal, and they use paper bags instead of plastic. If you have extra money to dish out, here's a great place to spend it.

I've been wanting to visit a Lush store for some time. I had hoped to run into one while in New York recently, but just didn't find the time. So, imagine my surprise while walking through Tyson's Corner in DC, I came across a (quite small) Lush store! Fabulous! Now I could finally see for myself what all the fuss was about, and I wasn't disappointed. Richly scented products all created by hand and with a nod to the environment doesn't mean that they aren't top notch. The salespeople are extremely helpful, and you can count on walking out of there with at least one free gift and one sample of different products. While there wasn't much browsing room, I was able to find what I was looking for quickly, and all my questions were answered politely and with good humor. I will definitely make Lush one of my stops each time I'm at Tyson's Corner.

LUSH is one of my guiltiest pleasures. I've been hooked ever since a friend of mine came back from the U.K. with some of their signature Bath Bombs years ago. Now I'm lucky enough to have one 6 blocks away from my office in New York City and I have also visited their Rodeo Drive location in L.A.

There is absolutely nothing like unwinding after a long day or a long night with one of their delicious smelling bath products -- I love almost all of their Bath Bombs, Bubble Bars, and Luxury Bath Melts. Follow that with a long massage with one of their Massage Bars (best applied by someone else, I may add) and you are in absolute heaven. They really do have something for everyone with a large range of scents and I love that all of the products are fresh and made with organic/all-natural ingredients whenever possible.

Just be careful. A LUSH addiction is a hard habit to break!

Tired of the Body Shop and other bath/makeup-related stores? Then you should try something new in Lush. I love that everything is handmade and the scents are really great! I am personally a bath person, so tend to buy a lot of their bath bombs and bubble bars. They make you feel insanely smooth and smelling great. Some things are a little pricey, like the 'Big' shampoo, but it lasts a very long time and works very well.

If you go onto the website you can shop by product (soap, haircare, bath, etc) or search for products with specific things like bergamot or rose oils, etc. I could spend hours both online and in store just looking at everything they have to offer. The website will also tell you where there is a Lush closest to you.
