To be completely honest, I don't understand what the hype around LUSH is all about! I've bought a couple of bath bombs to my complete dismay because the bath bombs don't actually fizz and burst as shown in the video, they do not have a significant scent, nor are they moisturizing. Moreover they do not create enough soapy mixture for 1 bath. Secondly, I bought LUSH's REHAB shampoo, which the store associate promised to help strengthen my hair and help with hair fall. Although my hair fall had slightly decreased, it was still below my expectations because I had spent $40 on the bottle. I was most disappointed because LUSH promises to use natural ingredients but the shampoo still contained sulfate products which is very harmful to hair. I also purchased the love lettuce face mask for my dry skin. This mask was also a complete waste of money because I felt no change to my skin after using it.

I love the product here! I have only had a couple misses but not every product works for everyone so I cannot hold that against them. Some products are worth every cent they cost but others are just a little too pricey for my liking. (However some I do repurchase because they are just that good!!).

I absolutely love the service I get. Not pushing, tailored just to my needs and very informative. No complaints in that area!!!

I love lush, I only wish their prices were a bit cheaper so I could try and buy everything.

I have only been in this store once and that was enough. The smell coming from the store is delicious but when I got inside it just looked like chunks and chunk of soap put together and costing a lot. No thanks!

Service is always great, their employees are always enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. I've tried a range of products from the brand and found maybe a few favorites over time. However I'm a little disappointing to find parabens and SLS in some of their products, particularly for a company that prides themselves on using natural ingredients.

I really love going to Lush! They're products are wonderful and the staff is always friendly and eager to help at my local store! When my store first opened I bought quite a few products, all of which I use regularly and love! However, I noticed the prices were raise which really upset me. In the beginning, the prices were already toward the top of my price range, but once they changed things up, I find that I really can't afford to buy it as often or at all for that matter. The products I have I haven't needed to replace since they have lasted so long, but I often fawn over products I wish I could buy!! Either way, I recommend trying it if you haven't already! There are some products that are reasonable, like the bath bomb of which you can buy one to try. I just wish they would offer some kind of rewards program or coupons!!

I used to love Lush, but I try to use products that are more natural. While Lush boasts natural, they still use ingredients that I am trying to steer clear of. While they are far better than products you'll find on most store shelves, it's just not for me. It's definitely a store for someone just venturing into natural products

I liked the quality and selection of soaps and bath bombs. Their products are however heavily scented. Not for people that are sensitive to strong aromas or perfumes.

I really like this store. The staff is normally very helpful if you are looking for something specific. The product itself is really nice, natural and smells great.

There isn't one thing from this store that I have purchased and didn't love...customer service is great, and they have a great recycle program for empty containers! (Bring back 5, receive a FREE fresh face mask!) Highly recommend the "catastrophe cosmetic" face mask for those who are unsure of what to buy first.
