There are strong scents in this store, so if you are sensitive, steer clear. But if you're able to go in and try the products, they are great! They last a long time and have great smells :)

I made my first purchase at lush this week and I am definetly going there more often now.
Love the products. Yes it a little costly but you get the worth.
So all you out there who have not tried it .... Give it a go. You won't be disappointed

You can know when a store loves satisfied customers. The minute you walk in you are greeted with a pleasant customer service rep. Most of their products smell amazing. Just that they are on the pricey side. If you can afford to go there often, go right ahead. Good thing about them is that their products are not filled with chemicals, hence the reason why the products are pricey.

I've loved this store for years, and for good reason. The prices are high but the quality of ingredients is worth it. My favourite products are their lip balm, mask of magnaminty and lovely jubblies. Great products, great quality and great service-the people who work there are always so nice and sweet. Love it!

The only reason I'm giving lush a thumbs down is because I cannot even enter their store due to the overpowering smell coming from the fragrances they carry. If you have fragrance sensitivity, stay clear of this shop.

I am scent-sensitive and ABSOLUTELY hate how ovrwhelming the smells are! I cannot even shop in the part of the mall the store is located in because of them! they have doors and should use them!

I'm addicted to Lush, its such a one of a kind and creative store.I adore all their product lines.Every Lush store smells so yummy, and you can't help yourself but to walk in! Their products include everything involving the body, and also come in fun and unique designs and scents. I always go to lush for my bath bombs, my most favorite product! They can be a little pricey, but worth it.Sometimes it's the simple things in life that matter.

I love LUSH, the SMELLL is absolutely intriguing and it draws you into the store, you simply cannot walk past the store and not turn around to walk on in! When you do enter the store you're surrounded by smells and colours of soaps, shampoos and amazing products! They have neat and unexpected products that are very natural and work great! The employes encourage you to test out their hand soaps and give you space to explore the store!

I've been to LUSH a few times and I want just about every product I see!! I love that everything is natural and many smell so good you almost want to eat them! Depending on the day and time service varies. For the most part however it has been very good when I have been there. My last visit was the best. I've always known that you can test their products in the store (like all similar store) but what I did not know is that they will give you a sample you can take home with you to try before you buy!! This is fantastic!! I didn't really want to wash my face there in the store and then walk around the mall without any makeup on and this way I have a sample that has lasted me well over 2 weeks!! I know that the product is great for me and my skin type and now don't mind spending the money. You Becha I'm going back to LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics!!
