nice place to splurge!

Most people I know say they can't even enter the stores because the smell is so overwhelming. Not me! I love going into Lush! I love how everything is so colourful, nicely displayed, minimum packing, amazing handmade products! I would buy more often if I could afford it, honestly! The stores are usually busy (well, pre-pandemic anyway) so I liked to go in there with a clear idea of what I was looking for. This was also handy for me as I prefer to have less interactions with store associates anywhere, unless I need assistance with anything, but associates at Lush are always friendly, welcoming and willing to provide additional information when required.

The kingston location is amazing. You can smell the store from a few stores down. I ordered myself products for mothers day online since stores were closed at the time. I was happy with all 8 bath bombs that I used, they smell amazing and leave your skin silky smooth. They also last and don't fizz out in a minute. Worth every penny

Quality, Innovation

You do get what you pay for. In lush’s case, it is high quality product. Lush offers an amazing variety of handmade products, consisting of soaps, home care, and self care. The prices are quite steep, however most leave you feeling refreshed, and satisfied overall, so it is worth it compared to purchasing some brands. Some of their products are quite unique and innovative. Some being the toothpaste and mouthwash tablets, and shampoo bars. So interesting to try out. Employees are super friendly and helpful as well. I went in and wanted to try a product before buying. They sealed up a sample for myself and my friends to try out and take home, so that we could try it and come back if we wanted to. I will most definitely be returning to lush in the future!

What can I say? I absolutely love lush products. If I see a lush store, i am unable to just walk on past it without having to go in. Bubble bars and bath bombs are what I normally walk out with. I go round smelling each of them and looking at the descriptions because each of them have their own unique smell and purpose.

Bubble bars always leaves my skin feeling super soft when I get out of the bath.

I love how everything they use is natural and that they they use recyclable packaging.

My only complaint ... it's a little over priced.

I always LOVE an excuse to go into LUSH...even if it's only to look! The customer service representatives are always so helpful and knowledgeable in their products! Not to mention they give back & offer reusable packaging! BONUS!

I have been using lush for a little over 5 years. They are an amazing company with amazing products !! Never disappointed. You can’t beat the prices. My favourite items are the don’t look at me fresh face mask. It leaves my skin clear - and all bath bombs and Scrubbie - perfect for getting those legs exfoliated for shaving season ( I have yet to find something I haven’t loved)

I love LUSH!

Lush is always on my list to go to whenever I go to the city! The staff at every store are amazing and very knowledgeable. They always give me samples if I’m uncertain with what will work for my skin. The products are wonderful.

Boutique coup de coeur

Lush est vraiment parmi mes boutiques préférées. Le service est toujours plus que parfait! Les vendeurs et vendeuses connaissent bien leurs produits et sont toujours très gentils et aidants. Les prix sont un peu élevés, mais les produits sont de bonne qualité et fabriqués à la main, donc cela vaut le coût! C'est vraiment une boutique que je conseille.

Whenever I pass by this store or enter it, it alway smells so good. They have really nice bath bombs and soaps. I really love the stuff that they sell.

I really enjoy shopping at Lush stores. Their staff is always really friendly and really knowledgeable about their products and can easily help you pick out the items that are best for you. I also love that this company has strict standards that they hold themselves to in terms of ingredients, sourcing ingredients and ensuring the least amount of environmental impact. They are also strictly against animal testing which is a huge factor to me when purchasing any kind of product. their products can be a little pricey but the quality is outstanding and that's really what you are paying for.
