I have always loved MAC cosmetics, most if not all of their products are high end and high quality, you really get what you pay for. Their prices are higher so my budget does not often allow me to indulge and over the last couple of years you see more and more affordable companies releasing higher end products, and in some cases they are almost exact or dupes to higher end brands.

I do enjoy visiting their store when I am in Toronto, their staff are always professional and help answer my sometimes 'weird' questions, they have also sent me home with a sample to try out if I was asking about a specific product. I hope to plan a shopping day in Toronto this summer and plan on hitting up MAC!

I love MAC cosmetics. I have all kinds of their cosmetics, I love their lip-balms and lipsticks, their eye shadows and mascara. I havent been disappointed in their products.

I really liked MAC stuff for a long time. It's gotten so pricey in there, that I can't be bothered anymore. It used to be more people friendly and affordable but now not so much. It seems so elitist now. I don't even want to explore the counter anymore. It's more staff than people in there. I don't care about the celebrities who are the changing faces of the product. Not a fan anymore.

Great place for professionals in the beauty industry

Ladies night, Vancouver 2011. Had a blast at the MAC store on Robson Street. 3 of us went in without an appointment and all three of us had mini makeovers that turned into mega makeovers. The sales people were all so nice and accomodating. No up selling at all. These were, obviously, people who enjoy what they do. It was super busy but we never felt rushed or unwanted. It was a great way to add to our fun day & night.

I found the customer service at this location dissapointing. Although there were enough sales people for the number of customers in the store, I still had to wait (too long) to be served. Each salesperson could have been serving a customer. Instead, they took turns staying behind the booth (avoiding eye contact) and would come out when there were quite a few people waiting for service. A person who came in after me (by quite a bit) was served first. Just based on this service, I will take my business to another MAC location.
