NICE...BUT

I think that the quality of their items are amazing but the prices are insane. Especially since your not getting styles that you can only find at that store. Sorry but its an overall no for me sis. Customer service was great though.

Great service and great pieces

I've had a Mackage jacket for a number of years and also have an awesome pair of leather gloves - now I have a pretty scarf to match. Store manager, Amy, was super helpful and sweet. Wasn't too jazzed about having to wait in line, but when she explained it, it made sense. Overall great experience.

Great shopping experience & quality purchase

I went into Mackage Eaton Centre on a Saturday afternoon and had the most wonderful experience. The staff was super helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. I bought the ARO scarf and can't wait to wear it as my winter scarf this year. Would definitely recommend the brand to anyone!

Fall/Winter go to scarf from Mackage!

I got a classic Mackage scarf from the Eaton Centre location. Absolutely loving it! The material is of high quality and it keeps me warmer than any of my other scarfs. Not to forget, the staff is very friendly in store. And the scarf comes with a manufacturing warranty as well which is excellent. Price is quite high however you’re paying for quality here!

Mackage Eaton centre

I stopped by this Mackage store mid-morning on a Friday. There seemed to be more staff than shoppers, and I wasn’t really greeted or approached until AFTER I told them I was there for the ChickAdvisor campaign - that was my mistake because as soon as I let them know, I couldn’t look at anything or move two feet without someone coming up to me and giving me all the product knowledge that I didn’t even ask for. While I understand some shoppers enjoy that kind of service, I much prefer to be left alone and if I have any questions, I’ll take it upon myself to ask.

Once I selected the product I wanted to purchase, I brought it to the counter and the check out process was quite quick and easy.

I purchased a scarf, and quite enjoy it, though I feel it was quite overpriced for its quality.

Absolutely loved my experience!

I had such an amazing experience at Mackage in the Eaton Centre this past weekend. It was my first time in the store and I was happily greeted and asked if I needed any help finding anything. All their staff were so pleasant and patient as it took me forever to make a decision as all their products are so amazing. I ended up choosing the Aro extra long jacquard scarf in grey which was the last one in store. It is so beautiful and warm. You can tell all of their products are made with great materials. I love the high fashion style that Mackage is. Even the purchase went quick and very friendly. I was really worried that I'd feel judged going into a high end store but I actually had such a great feeling being in there. They bagged my product with tissue paper - receipt ever is stored in a little envelope as well as emailed to you. The staff member even walked around the counter to hand me my bag. I look forward to making more purchases once I am not a broke student. Thankful for the chickadvisor discount with this purchase but all opinions are my truthful experience with Mackage at the Eaton Centre.

Great quality item and friendly staff. Prices quite high.

I found the prices quite high at Mackage but the quality is great so I understand why the prices are high. I loved their purses. The styles there were great. I bought a clutch purse from Mackage with my voucher and quite happy with my purchase. The staff were friendly and helpful although I found that too many of them asked for my help. I prefer to browse without someone watching my every move. The store was smaller than I expected.

Had a great time at Mackage!

We got right in to the store and someone helped me find the gorgeous scarf I was looking for. I thought I would be intimidated while looking around in here but I wasn't, everyone was really friendly!! Checkout was fast and they got me a scarf that hadn't been out of the package yet and put it into a beautiful gift bag. I would definitely go back!

Great style!

I love the clothes that mackage offers although it's extremely expensive. However the price is justified because the quality is great and it lasts a very long time. The customer service was great and they were very knowledgeable.

Great products with lifetime warranty

The experience was great from start to finish. Let me just start by saying that I would've liked to buy every single item my eyes laid eyes upon, but unfortunately I ended up settling with the Grey Aro scarf (which is still the nicest scarf I own to date). The prices in the store a little on the higher side, but that's because they come with a lifetime warranty, which to me just makes them an investment.
The employees were all super nice and attentive and made the overall experience quite pleasant. I will be back in store for both Black Friday & Boxing Day sales - cannot wait!
