This bistro is very nice! You can meet interesting folks there, the view is great, and there's gluten free and vegetarian options on the menu (including lacto, ovo, and vegan). Sometimes the service is awesome. Other times the service is slow. Some servers are excellent, others less so as it is to be expected with transient seasonal staff..
