Made Fresh is a nice little bistro open for breakfast and lunch in Thunder Bay, ON. There aren't many tables, so there was about a 10-minute wait on a Tuesday at lunch hour. That may be too long to wait for some who are on their lunch break from work. However, it is bright and clean with a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and chatty. The food was very good, and from what I understand is all locally made. The cream of mushroom soup was delicious. The BLT sandwich used fresh bread, homemade mayo, and crisp bacon. The tomatoes seemed a little mealy, but other than that it was great. The price was very reasonable considering it is all made fresh and locally.
