Vegan muffin

Feeling so grateful for my thoughtful hubby 💗 He surprised me with a trip to the cafe @_mamieclafoutis to enjoy some of my favorite treats ~ a vegan & gluten-free raspberry muffin and a freshly baked whole wheat sunflower seed sourdough.

The muffin had the perfect balance of sweetness, with a wonderfully moist texture. And the sourdough was so soft and flavorful, with a mild tanginess that I love.
