I have always been a blonde with highlighting my hair quite frequently. When I wanted a change I decided to try a new salon Leslieville where I live. I walked in to the salon where I was greeted by Margarita who was going to color my hair. I wanted more of an ombre this time and I had grown my hair out to achieve more of a natural look. She was friendly and told me that we would need to do highlights to create the ombre effect. After I was finished I found that the front was a little too blonde, I lived with it for a day and then I called. When I spoke to Margarita on the phone she was defensive, short and unimpressed that I was calling back. She left me feeling that it was an inconvenience for me to come in for a toner stating that I would not be getting my hair blow-dried. She left me feeling that I wasn't going to be accommodated properly so I didn't feel comfortable going back. Quite the opposite customer service experience from just a short 24hrs. Although it appears to be a high end salon...beware appearances can be deceiving.
