I went to Marina for colour and it was the worst experience of my life. It looked like she dipped my hair haphazardly in pure bleach and then painted white tiger stripes on top of my head. When I complained that it didn't look natural, she said I could come back and she would fix it in 5 minutes. I went back and she put something on my hair and when she washed it off it was BRIGHT ORANGE and some of the bleach "highlights" had turned GREEN. I was trying to hold it together and she said she could fix it again. She did another treatment and when she rinsed it out my hair was still ORANGE. At that point I said enough was enough. I left the salon in tears, went to another place and it took them FIVE HOURS to get rid of the orange tint. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO MARINA. Totally unprofessional and rude. GO ANYWHERE ELSE and BEWARE that she is opening a new salon on Cumberland.
