MBCo or Montreal Bread Company is a European culinary concept with a focus on healthy eating. Specialties include hand carved panini sandwiches, muffins and pastries, coffees and takeout or catering. I've been to their location in Yorkville Toronto and really liked it. In Montreal we tried their iced coffees and pastries.
