For a first timer, it was pleasant.

Sleep apnea is a new concept to me, and this past September I was diagnosed with it, and I was scared... so heading to the center, I went in with tons of concerns, and they were very nice, and tried to explain what was happening. They went step by step on the care of the Sleep Apnea machine, and mask care. I had some concerns, being that at the time, it was September and the fall was coming, plus winter, so, I had concerns about the mask. I get chronic colds and bronchitis, so I was worried that the nasal mask would not be good enough, and my therapist said I didn't have to worry, that it would work without issue however, now here it is December, and all those worries I had about the nasal mask have come to light, and I tried to express my concerns to my therapist but, she just won't hear of me changing to a face mask. Everything up til this point has been great, and I am saddened that I am not able to use the mask, and therefore I am not breathing at night but, if you do not have the same issues as I do, the colds and such, then this is a great place. Idk, maybe I am just not meshing with the therapist but, whatever it is, I am seeing my sleep specialist in Feburary, and maybe I can get him to officialy order the mask. All I know is that up til this point, the service was awesome, and I would recommend it to a friend.
