I actually heard similar reviews to this place as well from co-workers.
Not impressed....

Owner of this Meena Cleaners located at 1975 Cottrelle Blvd,Brampton,Ontario is very rude, I went there to give them my business of having 6 pairs of pants hemmed, I had gone on a Monday & I needed them done by Friday, Owner told me to come back Thursday. I had prepaid, and I asked for my receipt she said it was okay,she'd leave my paid receipt with my pants. So we left it at that.

Thursday comes, I phone in about my order, Owner asks me for my order #, I told her that she didn't give me my receipt, than she asked for my name & telephone #. NOTHING. she said that I must be calling the wrong place. & there was no order. I even asked for her (by name) and she said there was no one my that name. She became so rude with me, that I told her that I was coming in to see her, she was like "that's fine, ill be here". Within 5 minutes I was there, & she had LEFT. Didn't even have the decency to stay. When I asked the associate there (she just started her shift) who was in that morning, she had told me it was the OWNER & that she had just gone home.

I will never give her my business again.
