I have gone to Merle Norman a few times in Fredericton, as I was given gift certificates for Christmas. From my experiences, I would never go there again. The staff are not professional at all.

I went in for a facial & pedicure, and as soon as I walked into the room - I immediately noticed a large blood stain on the chair/bed sheet. I brought it to the attention of the woman, and she replied that it was dry and that it had gone through the washer, etc. Gross! Then, the lady who was doing my services kept answering her cell phone throughout my spa services. During the "relaxation" point of my facial, all I could hear was the girls laughing and talking outside the door. This was even over top of the music they had playing in my room. After my visit, I called the spa and brought it to the attention of the manager. She wasn't concerned about it at all.

After these experiences, I would never recommend this "spa" to anyone. Horrible!
