This health facility is an A plus! I felt at home due to the staff is soooo caring! They have terrific programs for my Children and Ample exercise classes and a phenomenal wellness center ( machines, free weights etc.) Some facilities have Child Watch, where you can bring your children under 7 and they babysit for you! I loved this place... This made me proud because my donation went to their Strong Kids Campaigne with is a program that raises money to send disadvantaged families to a ymca, or children to camp. I want to raise my kids to be "Y.M.C.A Kids!
