Well at least the service was good! Thats pretty much the inly positive I have to say about it. I was part of a wedding party there and we were served roast beef with vegetables. The vegetables were so horrible and didnt look fresh at all and the roast beef was still mooing! It was like a big pink slab of cow on my plate and I couldnt even touch it. Needless to say the entire wedding party filled up on bread.

Mexicali Rosa's - it's okay. The food was good, though you should be a serious meat eater/lover to expect to be satisfied there. The prices are somewhat high; the main Mexican dishes are good, but there is a SERIOUS lack of quality vegetables. The salad is pretty bad; don't waste your time ordering that. If you feel like eating many or any vegetables, go somewhere else!!! The service was reasonable this time but we were well before the dinnertime rush and on a low day of the week.

I love Mexicali Rosa's. The food here is always good, and I love the atmosphere. It's just a fun place to be. My main issue though, is that in some locations it's hard to get a seat some nights, and the service isn't always the best. Either it takes forever for a server to actually reach your table when you get there, or they take forever to give you your bill. Other than that, I really enjoy this place.
