Minimal shrinkage and tagless clothing with consistent sizing. The cons are that it's quite pricey and dresses do not come with matching diaper covers. Kids collection has 3 lines: Newborn (0-9months), Mini (6-30months) and Kids (3-12years). Size charts available and very helpful.
