Favourite place for art supplies

I love shopping for arts and crafts supplies at michaels! I recently got this super cute scrapbook and stickers and glitter glue and I cannot wait to start decorating! One thing I really like about Michaels is the quality of their products and the amount of sales they have. Also if you sign up for their rewards program you can get up to 50% coupons daily!

Affordable Craft Store

I am a fan of Micheal's and stop in and browse the one in Durham at least once a month. I love crafting from making my own jewellery, painting, seasonal crafts and crocheting. I find the prices to be reasonable and they often have special discounts that are sent by email and when I get to the check out all I do I show them the coupon on my phone. They also have great tips on their website on DIY and sometimes hold special workshops aimed at certain crafts. I find their staff pleasant but sometimes hard to find, I have wandered the store for a good 15 minutes in search of a staff member only to give up and go to the checkout. My only complaints are one, the website is sometimes hard to navigate and search for specific items, the search function often comes up 'item not found' even when I know they carry the item I am looking for, I just wanted to know the price. My last complaint is that you can't shop online, I find it ridiculous that in this day and age they do not offer online shopping and delivery. I get that they want to get you in the store, but sometimes I can't be bothered and just want my items delivered to my home. Other than those two pet peeves, I love Micheal's - their store continues to inspire my creative side.

I go to Michael's whenever I need anything for crafts or creating. I have made so many things with items purchased at Michael's, like a dream catcher for a baby shower gift, clay business card holders, and paint for a new canvas painting.

Pretty

It's a good place to look for little trinkets and items to complete your crafts. The store itself just looks really pretty as well because everything would make good decor items just on their own.

Michael's is my go-to store for all my crafting needs. They have the largest selection by far. I really like how I can get everything I need in one place (like my knitting essentials and patterns). I've used their custom framing twice. Although expensive they treat your items with care and they turn out great. I really like how they have a mobile app and frequently offer large discounts. I recently received 55% off a single item and ended up paying only $9 for a photo album--so much cheaper than any other store! At times I find it difficult to get help at the store when I can't locate an item...and more than once was told to look in the wrong section. I think this might just be the workers at my local store however.

Michael's is such an awesome store! They have a huge variety of items ranging from picture frames, crafts.. to toys. The best part about it is there are always coupons! Those coupons are definitely a big part of what draws me back in. Good job, Michael's!

Michaels, the most dangerous, addicting store on earth! Haha! I have to really caution myself going into this store because my wallet somehow always manages to get away from me. There is something for everyone in this store and the products are fantastic! I have picked up craft items, things for Christmas, decorations for my wedding, storage items, everything. Love this store!

What can I say about Michaels only that it's the number 1 craft store in the world, I can spend hundreds of dollars there and all the items are well worth the money you pay for it I received a gift card and in less than 5 min I had it gone plus another $50 on top of the $100.00 gift card well worth every penny.

Michaels is a heavenly place for an artist as myself. I can buy all of my art supplies and home décor in one place. However, living in rural Quebec I will probably never see this store in my town. I still have to cross the border to enjoy this type of shopping experience.
