Amazing!!!!! I would recommend everyone to go here!! First off the atmosphere is warm and inviting! The receptionist always have a smile on their face. The receptionist Maggie is so sweet and cute. I really like her. The salon is clean, big and beautifully decorated. Also, while you wait for your appt they have lattes, cappuccinos, biscotti which is awesome. The stylist are worth every penny. I have only had Tiffany and Alanna do my hair. There both so sweet and their hair always looks great. I usually see Tiffany she does my color and cut. She's amazing she listens to exactly what I want! I wanted an ombre the second time around and she asked me so many questions through the consultation about how I wanted them placed like all blonde at the bottom or some darker pieces going through it so it looks more natural and we went over tones I wanted for the blonde. She literally sat their with me for 20 mins (I'm picky) she was so patient. The end result was exactly what I asked for! She also she did the same for the hair cut. She asked about my lifestyle? And if I ever blowdry my hair and actually gave me some awesome tips about how to style my hair to make my life easier. Which was pretty awesome! I have only seen Alanna for an updo or styles and she nailed it on the head! Exactly what I wanted!! I told her some lift at the top but not too much volume. I really didn't know how to explain it to her. I even thought I was confusing her but she definitely knew what I was talking about! It was bang on. Also my bf saw Alanna for a cut and it was honestly the best hair cut he ever had he loved it it was trendy which is what he wanted! and he would never change his hair dresser! She's amazing! If for some reason I couldn't get in with Tiffany I definitely would trust Alanna to do my color and cut with no hesitation! Also They're color line is phenomenal and those Eufora products are absolutely the best! I would not put any other product on my head! The only bad thing I could say about the salon is that while I was waiting with the color on my head one of the colourist there. (I don't know her name) she's a blonde sounded like she was talking to a baby or child with her customers (they were grown women) I found it quit annoying, But that doesn't matter because I got my girls Tiffany and Alanna and I feel like a friend more than a customer When I'm with them. you can definitely tell they have a love for doing hair and it shows in their work! Did I mention there is free wifi there with the password on a sign at the tables and they also have the t.v going for the Olympics and if euro or world cups going on!! I love that! Over all I love going there. I'm happy to the time I step into the salons to when I step out! Great service and talented hairstylist! they have found a customer for life! I have recommended so many people there and they all say the same! I would not change them for anything! If your thinking about going to Michael's see Tiffany or Alanna you won't be disappointed :)

If you're worried about the cost you can choose a junior stylist (young talent) over a stylist or master stylist. I had my fantastic colour and cut both done by a stylist. My friend has been going to one of the junior stylists for a couple years now, and is she is also awesome!

I have tricky hair - lots of stubborn greys and it turns red quite easily (which I don't want). My stylist (Cheryl
