Locally sourced and widely loved

This is my go to place when out of towners ask where they should eat. Located in the heart of downtown Guelph, beside a widely acclaimed bookstore and walking distance to the local theatre, this gem shines. The food is north american fusion, locally sourced and they make everything in house from the pickles to the ketchup. The bread/buns come fresh from the bakery downstairs. The serving staff are unionized and are paid fair wages and benefits. The quality of service certainly reflects how well the employees are treated. Even the venue is locally sourced as its decorated with work by local artists.
