This was my second visit to this restaurant here in London Ontario, and again I was blown away. We started with their calamari topped with spicy sausage tomato caper sauce, and you could tell it was fresh calamari! And so lightly breaded, not the deep friend batter with a bit of calamari one is used to nowadays. I have also had their garlic bread, which impressed me because it came with tapenade. I had a salad as my main course, and it was so huge I couldn't finish it! They have a fabulous selection of salads, and mine was a seafood salad. I love a restaurant that pays attention to its vegetables and salads, treating them as valuable pieces of a meal experience. My boyfriend ordered the lamb, and we were both so surprised by how tender it was, I could have mistaken it for a steak. The service was wonderful, and the decor was really modern and well done. We raved about the food (I let slip my mother's restaurant was in Gourmet and the NYT), and the manager stopped by and gave us free desert! It was quite possibly the best dining experience here in this city, and the salad the best salad I have ever eaten. My only complaint was the price of their beer, but free desert made up for it ;)

Apparently this is a chain, so dash out to the one nearest you for a great dining experience!
