I've been doing Hatha yoga for a number of years ago, so I decided to take a step up and try Hot Yoga at Moksha Yoga in Scarborough. First off, I love the serene and calm environment. The staff was friendly and informative. I initially thought the room will feel like a sauna, but it was not as hot and steamy obviously. However, once you get your heart running and the sweat up, you'll feel like hot yoga is some what a little challenging than the regular hatha yoga. I've been doing hot yoga for about a month and I love every bit of it. What a way to get rid of the toxins! Its a little pricey ($17 per session), but I think its worth it because I think its making my skin flawless :)
