I stumbled upon this place in Soho last week. It is on 547 Broadway. There is a huge selection of uber cheap dresses, tops, tights, skirts that are cute and stylish.

I don't have a picture of the store but the top I'm wearing here was from there and I paid $25 for it. I was wearing this on our way out to dinner later that night and in the elevator of our hotel, a woman said she loved my top and asked where I got it it. She said it was "too cool for school" and I fought the urge to groan out loud but it was a compliment nonetheless.

Most things are in the $15 - $30 range and it's a great option if you're on a budget.
