love this place!! service is quick done properly and done how you like it. friendly and very tidy work environment.some barely speaks english but still understand on how you would like it and how its done. wait time is very depending on how busy it is but everytime i go there i get in right away or usually wait for 5 mins.only problem i have is with the parking space very difficult to find parking

I have been here twice - and I wish it was zero times. I have never been treated kindly by the staff, and the job they do has never been good - with my nails bubbling or chipping/peeling on the same or next day - even on a pedicure which has never happened to me before. I find the facility to be kind of unclean and just not a relaxing environment whatsoever. Do not recommend.

They expanded bigger and do almost everything there now from hair, eyelash extensions, makeup, facials, massage. I've been coming here for at least 10 years. The staff here are sweet and do awesome work. As a comment to the previous review: Some people are just born to be miserable and complain. Kids have little and beautiful hands and feet so of course they finish faster. They don't have extra dry skin and callouses like us adults. Give these poor people a break. They're the most hardworking people and are very talented. There's a reason they've been around for 15 years..

I was really disappointed by Nails #1. I took my two nieces with me for mani pedis. I couldn't have my massage chair on during my pedicure because it shook my feet too much, even though I have used them at other places many times and the esthetician never had a problem. Also, my nieces mani/pedis were done before my pedicure was finished, so the person I had was a bit slow. My niece's nail polish on her toe was messed up when the esthetician put her sandal on, and instead of taking off the nail polish and repainting the toenail, she put a blob of nail polish on top of it and barely smoothed it out. It was really noticeable and badly done.

When I had my upper lip waxed, I told the woman doing it that I had some make-up on that needed to be taken off. When she used a cotton swab to take off my make-up, I took a breath through my nose and smelled either rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover. It burned a bit to breathe it in, and then she proceeded to wax my upper lip really quickly without really noticing what she was doing.

Overall, I would not go there again. All of our manicures chipped within a day or two. While the price is excellent, it is not worth it.

Wouldn't go anywhere else but here.
It's very clean, and the staff are really good at what they do. What I like is the prices are really reasonable and they use new nail files and buffers per client, and sterilize all of their equipment where you can see it being done. They do amazing work with designs and produce really natural looking nails that are not bulky or uneven like some other places. It's a very big salon so you don't feel cramped. They have 11 pedi spa chairs so I bring my girl friends. We get our feet done at the same time and catch up and have fun "Girls day outings" once a month. It's right across the street from Polo Park mall, so we go shopping afterwards.Check out their pedi special for $20 Mon- Wed. I definitely recomend this place.
