I had a tattoo done at New Tribe about 4 weeks ago, it's a 5" long and 2" wide tattoo (written words) on my upper arm.

Other than New Tribe's clean and big location, there is nothing else good to say about this place. My 5" x 2" tattoo which took approximitely 45 minutes to complete cost $240.

Some of the tattooed words are good, and some are crooked, out of their correct shape, and lost the "cleanliness" of the font.
I did read some good review about New Tribe prior to getting my tattoo, and that's why I chose them, so maybe I had bad luck and got a clearly less good tattoo artist. He was proud of how fast he can work and said that's the reason for charging me $240 for a 45 minute job...but in my case...FAST definitely does not mean good work. And since it was my first time getting a tattoo, I asked questions regarding things like colour, procedure and healing time, but no information was clearly given by the artist. It really seemed like a rush job, seemed like he just wanted to get it done as fast as possible so he could leave.

It is after all a permanent mark you're leaving on your body, so needless to say, you really want it to be the way you want it to be, but I clearly can't say that about the workmanship of my tattoo artist. And I definitely would not come back if I do decide for another tattoo.

I just hope people will have better experience than what I had at New Tribe.
