New York Fries - Oakville Place Mall;

Each location, same fries.....that are nothing special, I taste better fries at other fast food joints (taco bell, kfc, mcdonalds)

Gravy is good but that is all.

Poutine even isn't the greatest.

Service doesn't seem to care for the customers.

I thought that after having visited one New York Fries in a mall location I would receive the same experience in another mall location. I could not have been more incorrect. We were not acknowledged. My friends did not know what they wanted and were not offered samples (it is company policy to offer samples). We were made to feel like an inconvenience in this employee's day. Would never go back to that location. They were not busy, and now I know why.
