I was looking for an all natural, liquid vitamin. I have tried different liquid vitamins, but wasn't really feeling anything until NHR's Epic Ultra. I have the energy I did in my 20's. I am healthier. My hot flashes are gone. My moods are better. This vitamins tastes great (like apple cider), cost very little, and has everything I need. I would everyone takes a look at this vitamin.
