I went to this nail salon because I had a gift certificate, and I'm definitely glad I didn't pay for my mani/pedi. The employees rushed through *everything*, and they gave me non-disposable flip flops to wear that were just sitting by the door.

I sat with my hands under the fan for maybe five minutes before the lady told me they were dry and I was good to leave. I told her I wanted to stay because it hadn't been long enough and I didn't want to ruin my nails. She came back in another five minutes, put oil all over my hands, and told me they were dry. At this point I just wanted to leave, but I couldn't get my certificate out of my purse because of the OIL ON MY HANDS. Before I even left the parking lot, my nails were smudged.

I called them when I got home to tell them what happened and asked if I could go back the following day to have them fixed. When I went, they told me it was my fault for not getting shellac because regular polish chips easily... My nails weren't chipped, the employees rushed me out of the salon while my nails were wet! Also, when I was leaving I noticed the same flip flops by the door. I doubt they had been cleaned.

I definitely won't be going back to this salon.
