Now they have PC Plus, you get earn points towards your shopping and get groceries for free. I would say that No Frills is one of the best grocery stores in Canada for price and variety.
I do a lot of my grocery shopping here because of the low prices and sales. A lot of the no name brand food is exactly the same as name brand, but a lot cheaper in price
I do 90% of my grocery shopping here. Great prices and selection. It always saves me quite a bit of money shopping here. I love it! Plus, love saving up the PC Rewards!
No Frills:
This is my main grocery store they always have great ales on and the produce selection keeps getting better and better.
This is a grocery store previously called Extra Foods. The prices are really excellent. They have LOTS of items for $1.00 like carrots, macaroni, spaghetti, carrots, margarine, and the list goes on. They are pretty stiff competition for the others.
nothing fancy, but all there package food is much cheaper i.e. cereal, can goods etc.
I shop at no frills often. The prices are great, the stores are always clean and well stocked and the employees are courteous and helpful. All around good place to buy groceries.
We recently had a No Frills open up where I live. Always great deals in their flyers, and the service is wonderful! The staff is always willing to help whenever I've needed it.
No Frills in winnipeg just recently opened up. I have been anxiously waiting for it to open to see how they would stand up against the other grocery stores. Its really great that they accept pc points as well so you can shop at either real canadian superstore or no frills and still earn pc points on your purchases. No Frills also takes coupons and price matches locally. I have done both couponing and price matching at their store which has went very well. They allowed me to price match off a flyer as well as my tablet with my flyer apps which is nice to see stores being pro technology. I purchased a bunch of produce from them which was all great quality and its not like that at many grocery stores you can go to so its nice to see from No Frills great produce. The first day they opened there was very long wait times in their lines but now that they have been open for about 2 weeks the line wait times have decreased considerably. Alsothe first day I was there I have never been greeted and said hello to as many times as I was at their store. There must have been over 10 hello's to me so it was nice to see how friendly they were. Very impressed!
