I used buy my higher end goods in Holt Renfrew but ever since Nordstrom established themselves across the country, I never went back. Nordstrom really pride themselves with their customer service and they really do deliver customer's satisfaction to the letter. Once, I had a bad experience with a SA over the phone and I really felt I was racial profiled by him. I email the store manager and not only he dealt with my inquiry fast but he also accommodated me to one of their beauty shows free of charge. The beauty show was great and I never had a bad Nordstrom experience with a SA again so far!

Also, they have a better selection of products than Holt Renfrew, hence I will be shopping there for a long while. It's also free delivery with zero minimum unlike HR! I highly recommend dropping by their stores if you have one nearby you!
