The only place I've tried Yoga and Pilates at was at a community centre by Yonge and Eglinton in Toronto. It's alright, but not great. I didn't really challenge myself, and ended up sleeping during the "praying" time. The instructors were nice, and attempted to accommodate for everyone's different fitness levels, but I ended up being bored. I think this is better for those who are trying to get into light exercise, rather than those who've played sports most of their life.
