I went in for a trim and an all over colour, the salon is really simple and plain on the inside. The hairdresser i got was the owner named phil, well this guy claims to have been doing hair for 15 yrs but it did not seem like it when he approached my hair to color it. He first applied the color all over and then used a comb to comb it all out pull my scalp and hair while doing this. this is definitely not something im used to at a salon you dont put in a chemical then pull someones hair when its being chemically treated or wet, not to mention the color all over my ears and forehead.
when he washed my hair he wore rubber gloves that again pulled on my hair, as he was doing the cut he spoke so loud i started to get a headache. He is really nosey and loud and asks personal questions. He also complains about some of his customers infront of other customers which is really unprofessional. The other staff was working quietly he was the only one screaming for no reason. He is probably the most annoying hairdresser I have encountered.
Not to mention when blow drying my hair straight he gave me hot spots all over my scalp, after the tugging and pulling of my hair he then burnt my scalp with the hairdrying. I am def. not going back or going to recommend this place.
