I've been getting my hair colored and cut by Phil for the past 21 years and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of his work, the level of service and the more than fair prices! The atmosphere is very inviting and friendly. The rest of the staff are awesome. Everyone is so down to earth with a great sense of humor. I strongly recommend Nouvelle Hair Design and would not trust my hair with anyone else!
