As a first timer at this spa the staff were pleasant and greeted me and my friend very well. The premises were very clean and calm inspiring. However the lighting is dim everywhere and the 2 waiting lounges have only 4 chairs each - so not good with a group but good to go by yourself or with one other person. Not good if you have a nut allergy as open nuts are everywhere for sampling and the cross contamination would be high. As well the hand lotion in the washroom was mango (aka cashew family for those with nut allergies). The eating nook has 2 tiny tables with a total of 5 chairs - again not good for a group if someone else were there. Massage was ok, my friend really enjoyed hers.
