This is such a tough review for me because the staff was absolutely wonderful and caring. Unfortunately the vet we saw was a nightmare. When I intially made the appointment for my guinea pig I was told we would be seeing someone who was knowledgeable and had experience with small animals. That wasn't the case at all. Not only was the vet terrified but had no idea what he was doing and ended up ripping out all the hair on the back of my guinea pigs neck causing him to scream and cry in pain. It was horrible!!! When my guinea pig almost fell off of the high table the vet informed me that guinea pigs are tough animals and he would be fine, nothing would break. Honestly you could not pay me to go back to this pet clinic!!!!
