Love shopping at Old Navy online as its so easy (and i use ebates!) I've never had any problems purchasing or returning online stuff and the few times i have had to contact customer service for online purchases they have been super helpful and efficient.

Also (i think just recently and not sure if its around to stay!) they now offer free shipping on ALL orders instead of all orders of $50 or more. They are giving delivery times of something like 9-12 days for that which i guess if you want something in a rush wont work for you, but if you can wait its awesome.

I have always found Old Navy orders to be delivered within like 3 days (this was before their 9-12 days advisory though) but still quicker than they used to estimate.

My family loves Old Navy. They have great quality clothing and there is something for the whole family. The best part of Old Navy is being able to order online. Every season change I take my family to the closest Old Navy Store (30 minutes into town) and get them to try on sizes, once I have the size I am ready to order online. They always have great deals and always have their clearance section. If you order over $50 then your shipping is free, and it comes right to your door, or local post office if it is too big for your mailbox. It also comes with a packing slip to ship merchandise back if you are not satisfied or you are able to bring the receipt in to the local store to exchange.
