LOVE LOVE LOVE Once upon a child. There are 2 in Winnipeg and every time we are in the city we check them out to fill in the gaps in our sons wardrobe. Tons of name brand items if you dig.

i loved going into this store with my grandaughter,we walked down every isle and got to try out a lot of thier toys.if you are looking to buy any toys this is your one stop shop.they pretty much have everything you can think of,totally awsome.

It is hard to get me out of this store once I'm in. I have way more fun than my kids! Some items I find pricey but usually average. The store I have been to is usually quite busy so the wait line to pay can be quite long. I wish they had more cashiers. I find them very selective on products brought in for trade ins. Overall, they have a huge selection of infant to teen clothes and are a fun store to check out!

As a consignee, if you keep your price expectations low, they are generally pretty good about purchasing items. It actually surprised me how much young adult clothing that they are willing to accept (at least in my location) - as long as it was a reputable brand. My clothes tend to be second hand anyway, so the prices that they offer (around 10% of the original price) was not bad to me. They do offer the option to review what they have selected and refuse any offers. The offer of instant cash after review (ranging anywhere from several minutes to several hours) is great.

If you wait for the high percentage off or bag sales, they are a huge value (and you could potentially sell them back to the store for a profit later).

This is a great store. Quality items and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend any first time moms to check it out before purchasing all your items now. You can save a lot of money at Once Upon A Child without sacrificing quality.

Great second hand clothes for kids at great prices. They are pretty selective about what they buy and when which means you wont have to go through stained, ripped clothes to find the great stuff. In fact, I've found lots of clothes which are still new with tags. They also have a good selection of used books.
