I am so pleased that there is a store like this, we go through so many kids clothes and a lot of it costed us a decent amount of money, so to get money in return for our items is awesome. They have a huge selection at affordable prices. Always the first place I go before buying brand new.

These shops are a great idea! I have so much baby stuff that was barely used because my little guy grew so fast and didn't know what to do with it. I prefer the Burlington store mainly because its cleaner (clothes are always all over the floor in the Hamilton shop when I shopped) and it's a little bit more spaced out and I can actually get around with a stroller or shopping cart. The staff at either location seem indifferent. I have never been greeted or even smiled at, am generally ignored and even got an annoyed look once when I interrupted a personal conversation between employees to ask a question...
Overall, good prices, good products and if you can get past the poor customer service, a great place to get your kids clothes.

I've sold a lot of barbies here. Good to get rid of toys and books you don't want anymore. Prices are very good too, considering how short of time kids wear something before out growing it

I love all Once Upon a Child stores!! great concept and not bad prices!

By FAR the best place to shop for clothes!!! The only time my two children wear new clothes is if they are bought as a gift. Once Upon a Child has a great selection of name brands in EXCELLENT shape!! They refuse even the smallest of marks on anything. I have not only purchased a lot here, but also sold a variety of my childrens outgrown clothes..I believe you get 30% back of whatever they sell them for!

You can probably buy 10 shirts and 10 pairs of pants for a total of maybe $30.00...great deals!!!

If anyone is in the Hamilton/Burlington area, definitely go to the BURLINGTON location...they are very busy, however always make you feel important and are very prompt in servicing you and answering any questions you may have. On the other hand, the Hamilton location I cannot say the same for...Ive been in there a few times and feel like I am only inconveniencing the staff, not a pleasant experience!!

I also find you can sell a lot more to the Burlington location!
